Core
£950 / month
Up to ~15 tickets a month
Roughly 10–15 hours of work
A settled single platform, up to ~1,000 learners, that needs a safe pair of hands.
- Everything in the core list
- Learner and administrator tickets
- Monthly compliance reporting
You don't have to buy a transformation programme. Most work at Red6 starts with something small and specific, and grows only if it's worth growing.
We become the person who runs your platform. Not a ticket queue — a named person who knows your setup, notices when something is wrong, and fixes it before you find out.
For organisations who bought a good system and never had anyone whose actual job it was to run it.
Platforms supported: Totara, Moodle, Learning Pool, Docebo, LearnUpon, Absorb, Cypher, Learning 360 and Unifyr, plus Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
Talk it throughTiers are based on the tickets a platform like yours generates in a month — requests, questions and faults — with an hours range as a rough guide, not a stopwatch. Counts are there to help you pick, not a limit we hold you to.

75+ tickets a month, or estates that don't fit a tier
Multiple platforms or tenants, integration development, separate audiences with separate rules. This work varies enormously, so it's scoped and priced individually — honestly, and in writing.
Prices exclude VAT. Ticket counts, learner numbers and hours are a guide to help you pick the right tier, not a limit we hold you to — and whichever tier you choose works out at the same underlying rate, so you're not penalised for taking a smaller one. Three-month minimum term, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice either side.
At 80% of your tier's capacity you get an automatic notice, with the choice to move up a tier from next month or approve extra work for this one. No surprises, and no awkward conversation at 100%.
If the same problem is reported by twenty people, it's one problem and one fix. We log it once. You're charged for solving it, not for the number of people who noticed.
Move up or down with 30 days' notice, effective from the following month. No pro-rata calculations mid-month and nothing to unpick on the invoice.
Every managed administration arrangement starts with a paid health check. Not because it's a hurdle — the fee is credited in full against your first month, so it costs you nothing extra if you go ahead.
It's there because picking a tier blind serves nobody. If your platform is generating four times the tickets it should, putting you on Core and hoping is how both sides end up unhappy by month three. The check tells us what's actually happening, so the tier is based on evidence rather than optimism.
Occasionally it finds enough wrong that the honest recommendation is fixing it first, then starting the retainer at a lower tier than you'd otherwise have needed. That's a better outcome for you, and we'd rather say it than sell you a bigger number.
An incident is something that was working and has stopped — an integration that's fallen over, a scheduled report that didn't run, learners who can't get in. A request is new work: a new report, a configuration change, another course.
If your month's capacity is used up and something genuinely breaks, it still gets fixed. We don't down tools mid-outage because a counter ran out. If we're being paid to run your platform, repairing it is the job rather than an extra.
Requests are different — when the capacity is gone we'll tell you, and nothing further happens until you've agreed it.
£75 / hour
Approved work beyond your tier, charged in half-hour blocks. Anything under 15 minutes isn't counted at all, and nothing that takes you more than an hour over happens without your written agreement first. No surprise invoices, ever.
The rate is deliberately higher than your tier works out at, and that's in your favour: if you're regularly going over, you're on the wrong tier and moving up will cost you less than the overage. We'll tell you when that's the case rather than quietly billing you for it.
Learner support is included in every tier. If your people can't sign in, can't find a course, or never got their certificate, someone needs to answer them — and in most of the organisations we work with, there isn't an internal team to do it. Leaving your learners in the dark isn't a service model, it's a gap.
The dividing line is simple: we answer “the system won't let me”. We don't answer “what should I do?” The first is a fault and it's ours. The second is a decision only your organisation can make.
We set up the auto-response during onboarding, naming your contact. The learner still gets an immediate, helpful answer — just from the right place.
Most of what's in the left-hand column is a configuration fault wearing a support costume. Because every ticket is categorised, the repeat offenders surface quickly — and twenty reports of one fault count as one ticket, because it's one problem and one fix.
We fix the cause, the tickets stop, and that capacity goes back to work that actually moves you forward. Your ticket count reducing is the point, not a threat to it.
If you already have a capable internal first line and don't need us answering learners at all, say so — that's simply fewer tickets, and a smaller tier.
Choosing a platform, configuring it properly, and getting people onto it — or moving off one that isn't working without losing years of records.
Because we resell nothing, the selection stage is genuinely open. If the shortlist ends with the system you already have, we'll say so.
Full site builds, reconfigurations and rescue work on existing platforms — including making an old system work properly rather than replacing it.
Every project is scoped individually and quoted as a fixed price before anything starts.
No two implementations are the same size, so we don't pretend they cost the same. You'll know the number — and what it covers — before you commit to anything.
Scope a projectIf someone in your organisation copies the same names between two systems every week, that isn't an admin task. It's a missing integration, and it costs more than fixing it would.
This is the work most learning consultancies list in a dropdown and most IT partners don't know the learning side well enough to do. It sits exactly between the two, which is where Red6 lives.
Fixed price once scoped — after a conversation about your setup.
An SSO fix and a full HR-to-LMS provisioning pipeline are very different jobs. We'll tell you which yours is, and what it costs, before you decide.

The job of an implementation, an integration or a reconfiguration is to get the system doing what it was bought to do, document it, hand it over, and leave. If you still need us for the same thing a year later, we've done it badly.
Ongoing administration is a different arrangement, and worth being honest about. Someone has to do the day-to-day, and that never stops. If you already have that person, keep them — we'd rather help them do it well than replace them. If you don't, we'll do it. Either way you should be able to end it cleanly, which is why documentation and administrator training are part of the work rather than an upsell.
