Who controls your information
Red6 Digital Learning Limited is the data controller for information submitted through this website and for business enquiries.
- Company
- Red6 Digital Learning Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16559110
- Registered office
- Mansion House, Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, England, WA14 4RW
Two different roles
For this website and for enquiries, Red6 Digital Learning is the controller: we decide what is collected and why. When Red6 Digital Learning works inside a client’s LMS or CRM, it normally acts as a processor. Learner records remain the client’s information and are handled only under the engagement contract and the client’s written instructions.
What we collect
- Your name, organisation and work email address
- Your preferred contact method and phone number, if you provide them
- Campaign tags in the link used to visit the website, and the path of the page where you submit a form
- Anything you include in an email or enquiry
- Information about your platform and approximate learner estate
- Appointment details when you book a call through Cal.com
- Basic technical and security logs generated by hosting
We do not ask for special category data. Please do not send learner names or other personal learner information in a first enquiry.
How and why we use it
Information arrives when you submit the contact, health-check or buyer’s-guide form, email Red6 Digital Learning, book a call or begin a client engagement. We use it to respond, send a guide you requested, arrange conversations, prepare reviews and proposals, deliver contracted services, understand which campaigns lead to enquiries, keep the site secure and maintain proper business and accounting records.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a guide does not add you to a marketing sequence.
Lawful bases
- Enquiries, scoping and quotations
- Steps before entering a contract at your request
- Delivering client work
- Performance of a contract
- General business enquiries and site security
- Legitimate interests in operating the business and responding to people
- Accounting and business records
- Legal obligation
Suppliers and international transfers
Red6 Digital Learning does not sell personal information or share it for another organisation’s marketing. Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions, Resend delivers the buyer’s guide you request, Cal.com processes appointment bookings, and IONOS provides business email. Professional advisers or subcontractors see only what is necessary and only where appropriate confidentiality terms apply.
Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, Red6 Digital Learning relies on legally recognised transfer safeguards in the supplier’s data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work
- Up to 12 months after the last contact
- Guide requests
- Up to 12 months as a record of the request and delivery address
- Booking records
- Up to 12 months, unless they become part of a client record
- Client and contractual records
- Generally six years after the engagement ends
Cookies and analytics
This website temporarily stores campaign labels from tagged links in your browser’s session storage, so an enquiry or guide request can be attributed to that campaign after you move between pages. The labels are retained for the current browser tab and replaced if you open a new tagged campaign link. We store no form details or visitor identifiers in this record. The site sets no advertising cookies and includes no behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking. A visit to the separate Cal.com booking page is covered by Cal.com’s own privacy notice and cookie practices.

Security, decisions and complaints
The site is served over HTTPS and access to business systems is protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where available. Red6 Digital Learning does not use website enquiry information to make solely automated decisions or profile people.
You can raise a concern directly by email. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes and questions
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how information is used will be made clear. Questions are welcome at marc.denman@red6digitallearning.co.uk.
